A lot of considerations had to be taken before creating the company. A quantitative and qualitative analysis of the cleaning service sector in Brussels was conducted. The analysis focused home cleaning services. The results showed that there were already a great number of cleaning companies operating in the home and domestic cleaning sector. Then a second qualitative research was conducted, measuring the levels of satisfaction. The focus was on the satisfaction levels of both the customers and the employees working with many of those companies. The results showed a significant room for improvement and customer satisfaction. That was the moment when we decided that we can find a niche, to become a client-oriented cleaning service company, which we named SMART Cleaning.
